The American Club Members and the Managers are committed to claims prevention through survey compliance, dissemination of claims prevention information, and providing training tools and guidance to Members. Seafarers employed aboard American Club entered vessels who originate from Bulgaria, India, Indonesia, Latvia, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Russia and Ukraine must comply with the Club’s requirements as outlined at Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME) or be subject to a double-retention deductible for illness claims. A regularly updated list of American Club Approved Clinics provides all relevant contact information is provided.
