Section 7

The Secretary shall keep a complete record of the proceedings of all meetings of the Members, the Executive Committee and other committees, and shall perform generally such other duties as are required by law or by the By-Laws or by the Board of Directors. He shall keep in safe custody the seal of the Association and when authorized by the Board of Directors, affix it when required to any instrument. If the Secretary is absent or unable to act, the Chairman shall have power to appoint a person temporarily to exercise the duties and powers of the Secretary.
